Terry Rochefort

Terry Rochefort is Executive Director of CAMPUT, the regional association representing Canada's energy and utility regulators, a position he has held since 2003. Prior to that, he worked at the vice presidential level with Canada's National Energy Board, and was a director general with Canada's federal telecommunications regulator. He also has international experience in regulatory development, having worked as a consultant with the World Bank in four African countries and with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in several countries in Central and Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University and a Master of Business Administration degree from York University.
